The User may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, create a derivative work, or display the Software code in human readable form, and any attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
There is a one-time fee for the license, and a yearly maintenance fee for updates and support (20% of the license cost).
